Healthcare Leadership Masterclass — Nottingham.

On 5 October 2025, the Medology Global Healthcare Leadership Academy convened at the University of Nottingham for a masterclass led by Medology Global Chair, Dr Masood Ahmed. Drawing on his experience across clinical practice and senior NHS leadership, Dr Masood explored the hidden curriculum of healthcare: the knowledge, judgement, and institutional understanding that shape careers beyond the formal medical syllabus. The session brought emerging healthcare professionals into direct dialogue with senior leadership, reflecting the Academy's core mission of preparing the next generation for the full breadth of a life in medicine.
