Our Achievements
The Beginning
What started as a series of free webinars, virtual work experience programmes, and admissions guidance quickly grew into a global ecosystem supporting students across multiple countries.
Since then, Medology has worked with schools, universities, and organisations worldwide to provide structured pathways into healthcare education.
Chaired By Dr Masood Ahmed
Dr Masood Ahmed brings a rare and authoritative perspective shaped by decades at the highest levels of healthcare leadership. From frontline clinical practice to national and international decision-making, he has seen how healthcare systems function, fracture, and are ultimately led.
He has served as Chief Medical Officer for NHS Black Country, supporting a population of over 1.5 million people, and previously worked as Global Medical Director at Dell, shaping international health strategy.
As Chair of Medology, Dr Masood provides strategic guidance and oversight, helping ensure the organisation’s work remains grounded in service, responsibility, and the development of future healthcare leaders.
