Medology Global brought its flagship leadership session, Are You a Sheep or a Shepherd?, to Dar-ul-Isra Mosque in Cardiff, delivered by Dr Hamza Tzortzis in association with Cardiff Islamic Society. The evening invited attendees to examine first principles, leadership, and identity, asking one defining question: are we being shaped by the world, or are we developing the conviction to shape it? Guests were welcomed with biryani and chai, and each left with a copy of the First Principles booklet to carry the conversation forward.
